||Preferred Share Investment Trust announces that it has completed its follow-on offering of 5,129,000 treasury units, including the over-allotment option, at $11.27 per Unit, for gross proceeds of approximately $57.8 million.
Preferred Share Investment Trust is a closed-end investment trust. The Trust's objectives are to provide holders with quarterly distributions; and to provide holders with the opportunity for capital appreciation from the performance of the Trust's portfolio. As of Dec 31 2011, the Trust had total investments at fair value of C$130,917,121.
